At 4 Seasons Adult Family Living, we are passionate about providing exceptional care and support for our residents. Our story begins with Emily, the License Holder and Operating Partner, who first entered the Adult Family Home (AFH) industry in 2006 while working to complete her college degree- turns out, she never left the line of work or used that IT degree. Emily’s dedication and connection to the field grew over the years, and after 11 years of experience in a local AFH, she realized it was time to create a place of her own—one that reflected her commitment to personalized, compassionate care.

With the support of her dear friend, Gretchen, who believed in Emily’s expertise and vision, 4 Seasons Adult Family Living was born. Together, they combined their passion for community involvement and a person-centered approach to open a home that serves those who may not have found success in other placements.

We pride ourselves on thinking outside the box when it comes to the care and support we provide. At 4 Seasons, we go above and beyond traditional methods to ensure each resident feels safe, happy, valued and empowered. We take the time to truly understand the needs of our residents, offering tailored care that promotes independence and dignity. Our approach has been especially successful for residents who might not have thrived in more conventional settings.

Emily's dedication extends beyond the walls of our home. She is an active member of the community, serving on the board of Special Friends Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs. Emily is also certified to provide training in medication passes and resident rights, and she holds current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED training, ensuring the highest level of safety and care for our residents.

Our Managers, Stacy and Nicole, have been with 4 Seasons for more than five years, working their way up through the ranks and demonstrating a deep commitment to the mission and values of our home. Their leadership and expertise have been instrumental in shaping the success of our organization, and both have earned their positions through years of hard work, dedication, and a true passion for helping others.

At the heart of our day-to-day operations are our Lead Staff. With a combined 16 years of experience with 4 Seasons, our leads are the front-line workers who oversee the day-to-day care of our residents. They play a vital role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from monitoring health and well-being to fostering a nurturing and respectful atmosphere. Each lead brings a unique skill set and an unwavering commitment to excellence, and they are deeply invested in creating a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.
